One Song - Dave Brubeck Quartet

It was on this day and yesterday in 1957 that the DAVE BRUBECK QUARTET recorded DAVE DIGS DISNEY.

Jazz fans will definitely want to check out this album which features Paul Desmond on the alto sax, Joe Morello on the drums and Eugene Wright playing the double bass.

This track is more solo than some of the others on this album. The main melody from Snow White's One Song is seldom heard during the solos and is primarily used as the head which the musicians go to between solos. It's not a long track, but it sure shows off how amazing Dave and his band were.
