A big bulk of WHEN YOU WISH UPON A CHIPMUNK
is fluff. Super sweet pop versions of Disney tunes with annoying voices. But if you grew up through the 80s and 90s watching a lot of Alvin and the Chimpunks on TV like I did, you will probably enjoy this track.At first this may sound like an exact rip off of the original version of Under the Sea with squeaky vocals, and to some extent that may be true. But the strong rock star-esque strength of the lead, the high-pitched vibrato and the powerful harmonies are indicative of THE CHIPMUNKS and I can't help but smile just a little bit when listening to it.
